DEADLINE
NEW DEADLINE: ALL ABSTRACTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 10, 2022.
Once the abstract has been submitted you will receive a notification on April 30, 2022. In case of acceptance it will be also communicated the type of presentation chosen.
Note: if your abstract is related to a symposium you will be requested to submit at a later stage – a special link will be provided directly to all invited speakers and submission deadline is May 10
TEMPLATE FOR DRAFTING ABSTRACT XXXII SOIPA
The text of the abstract must be written in English and should not exceed 3000 characters (spaces included).
The Session of destination of the abstract should be indicated in the submission platform. You should also be able to indicate if you wish your abstract to be considered for oral presentation or poster. However, the Scientific Committee, after a reviewing phase, will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for oral or poster presentation, based on originality and quality of the contribution.
The presentation of scientific Contributions in the Congress will be bound to the registration of at least one of the Authors in the Congress. The publication of the works received after the indicated deadline is not guaranteed.
Title: should not exceed 200 characters (spaces included)
Authors: in the submission platform for each Author please specify the required informations
Keywords: maximum 3 keywords
The abstracts must be structured under the following headings: INTRODUCTION, MATERIALS AND METHODS, RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS.
Bibliographical references in the text should be standardized as in the examples:
- Full Articles: Surname et al., 2022. Journal (abbreviated form), 11: 483-90;
- Book: Authors, Year, Title, Editor, City, pages number
Tables or Figures: a maximum number of one Table or one Figure is admitted.
